“Sidewalks in Nashville are vital to support a better-connected community, provide safer routes for children on their way to school, better access to transit and to a growing transit system. To help accomplish this objective, in April, Metro Council passed a new ordinance that expands the mandatory building of sidewalks or the payment of in-lieu fees…you need to know how this new law will affect you and your clients. Clients who are looking to buy property to build need to know if a sidewalk may be required before the purchase and if the in-lieu fee is an option.”

The session will be streamed on Facebook Live. Those unable to attend will be able to watch live on Greater Nashville REALTORs’® main Facebook page here:  https://www.facebook.com/GreaterNashRealtors.
