Chad is a native of Nashville, Tennessee and a partner with Tune Entrekin & White, P.C. Chad graduated from Miami University, Oxford, Ohio in 1998 and from Vanderbilt University Law School in 2001.
Chad represents and advises clients in matters, including contract and lease drafting and negotiation, business entity formation, home owners’ association incorporation and management, restrictive covenant preparation and enforcement, horizontal property regime (condominium / townhouse) formation, easements, and other real estate development and transactional matters.
Chad was inducted as a Fellow of the Nashville Bar Foundation in 2018. He served as the City Attorney for the City of Forest Hills from January 2016 through December 2017. Chad was a member of the Harry Phillips American Inn of Court from 2011 to 2015.
Chad pursues representation of every client, whether an individual or one of the nation’s largest homebuilders, in the most direct, efficient, and cost effective manner available to achieve the desired outcome in the best interests of the client. Chad holds the Martindale-Hubbell “AV Preeminent” Peer Review Rating.
Chad is admitted to practice before all Tennessee state courts and in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee. He is a member of the Tennessee and Nashville Bar Associations.
