Lesa is an Estate, Trust and Probate Attorney and a CPA (inactive). She represents individuals and financial institutions serving as Executor, Trustee, Conservator, or Guardian with respect to probate matters and settling estates and trusts of decedents and disabled persons. She represents clients with litigation issues involving estates and trusts and conservatorships in local probate courts throughout Middle Tennessee. Lesa also assists clients with planning their estates, and prepares wills, revocable living trusts, irrevocable trusts and many other types of trust and estate documentation, with strategies for reducing death taxes and income taxes. She represents individuals, businesses and fiduciaries in tax audits and appeals with the Internal Revenue Service, and assists fiduciaries with estate and trust tax returns.
