John W. Nelley Jr.

John W. Nelley, Jr., a resident of Nashville, Tennessee received his B. S. degree in Accounting from Western Kentucky University and his Juris Doctor from the University of Notre Dame.

In 1976, he opened the office of John W. Nelley, Jr., P. C.  specializing in Wills, Estate Planning and Trusts.

John W. Nelley, Jr. has been a partner in several entities during his career such as NWI Warehouse Group, NWI Butner, L. P., Sunset Partners, C & S Harley Davidson and Tune, Entrekin & White.  John W. Nelley, Jr., also served as a Managing Director and member of the Board of Directors of Weeks Realty and Duke Realty (DRE:NYSE).

John W. Nelley, Jr. was chosen to receive the NAIOP Legacy Award in 2012 for real estate development in the Nashville area.
