Thomas White Represents Developer Lee Zoller in Metro Board of Zoning Appeals Hearing

Tune, Entrekin, & White P.C.’s managing partner, Thomas White, is representing developer Lee Zoller in a Metropolitan Davidson County Board of Zoning Appeals hearing regarding a planned three-story West End Avenue residential building called The Lloyd. Mr. Zoller is seeking an interpretation of Metro Nashville's Code of Ordinances regarding height restrictions after a Metro Board of Zoning Appeals attorney ruled in April 2021 that the project's proposed rooftop amenities did not comply with the Code's restrictions.
