The Nashville Bar Association (NBA) Fellow
s Program is a time-honored tradition by which the bar honors its colleagues that have had a profound impact on the community. Members of the fellows program are recognized as an elite group, as receiving the honor is an accolade bestowed upon a mere 2% of bar members.
The selection of Both T. T. Chad White’s principal areas of practice are matters and litigation involving Construction, Corporate Law, Homeowners’ Associations, Land Use & Zoning, and Real Estate Law. Mr. White holds an “AV” rating from Martindale-Hubbell.
Brandt McMillan’s practice involves matters dealing with Alternative Dispute Resolution, Construction, Eminent Domain, Employment Law, Intellectual Property, Land Use & Zoning, Landlord/Tenant issues, Personal Injury & Premises Liability, Real Estate Law, and Litigation.
