Shawn Henry Speaks on Zoning and Land Use Law Updates at TMAA Summer Seminar

Tune, Entrekin & White, P.C.’s Shawn Henry spoke at the Tennessee Municipal Attorneys Association (TMAA)’s Summer CLE Seminar in Franklin, Tennessee, on August 24, 2026, presenting a Zoning and Land Use Law Update addressing data centers and other current emerging legal developments.

The mission of TMAA is:

to unite municipal attorneys of the State of Tennessee into a permanent organization that will promote and encourage effective and efficient legal service for Tennessee municipalities,
to encourage and improve communication and cooperation among Tennessee’s municipal attorneys, and
to cooperate with the Tennessee Municipal League in seeking solutions to problems of the State’s municipalities.
